    The Spark

    After working as a freelancer in the consultancy world, the idea for Saply was born: automate and elevate how candidates are presented by recruitment firms.

  2. March 2024

    Start It KBC

    Saply was selected to join the Start it @KBC accelerator, gaining access to mentorship, community, and early-stage growth support.

  3. September 2024

    First Clients, First Proof

    With a working proof of concept, Saply landed its first clients. Real usage started validating the product’s impact and value in recruitment workflows.

  4. November 2024

    Strengthening the Team

    Guillaume Lameyse joined as CTO, bringing deep technical experience and helping shape the future of Saply’s product architecture.

  5. January 2025

    From Idea to Impact

    We kicked off pilot projects with our first customers and quickly saw demand grow.In February, Saply was selected for the imec.istart accelerator and secured €300K in funding from private investors.

  6. June 2025

    Official Microsoft Partner

    Saply officially partnered with Microsoft and launched our first Microsoft Word Add-on, delivering deal-winning resumes where recruiters already work.

Saply is not a standalone tool, it works right inside the tools your team already uses. You can use Saply through our Microsoft Word Add-On, Google Docs Add-On, Gmail Add-On, and our Email Integration. On top of that, Saply integrates with leading ATS systems including Bullhorn, Carerix, and Spott. All integrations are included in every plan.

No, Saply does not store personal data. Information is processed only during requests and is not retained, ensuring full privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Yes! We use encrypted connections and secure cloud processing to keep your data private and protected. Since we don’t store personal data, there is no risk of long-term exposure.

Yes, you can integrate custom CV templates into your Saply account within 48 hours.

Each time you generate a new CV, one credit is used. Your plan includes a set number of credits depending on your tier. Need more? You can add extra credits directly from your plan settings.

On yearly plans, yes — your credits are available for the full year, so unused credits from one month carry over to the next. On monthly plans, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Yes, all plans come with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel the trial before the first payment. You’ll get full access to all features in your chosen plan so you can properly evaluate Saply before committing.

Just the relevant add-on for your platform. Our Word and Google Docs add-ons install in seconds, and the Gmail add-on and email integration require a simple one-time setup. No complex onboarding needed.
