What you can do with it

What you can do with Saply in Outlook.

Two things every recruiter can do with the add-in, and two that Deal Intelligence adds on a connected mailbox.

Send a CV to your talent pool

Open the add-in on the email and send the CV attachment straight to the talent pool of your Saply account.

Send a vacancy to your vacancy pool

With or without an attachment. Without one, Saply takes the subject, sender and text of the email.

See the shortlist next to the request

Each client request is read, structured and ranked against the people you already have, in the Outlook pane within a minute.

Reply with a drafted answer

A personal message per candidate and per partner. The recruiter reads, adjusts and sends. Saply never sends on its own.

How data flows

How data flows between Outlook and Saply.

The add-in only works on the email it is opened on, and only when a recruiter chooses to send something. Deal Intelligence adds a connected mailbox for client requests.

Outlook + Saply

Deal Intelligence starts as a pilot on one mailbox. Every client request in it is read, structured and matched against the people you already have, and the reply is drafted in Outlook. The number we measure is time to proposal.

Security

It sees one email, and only when you ask.

What the Saply privacy policy says about the Outlook add-in, in plain words.

ISO 27001 certified GDPR compliant
  • Only the email it is opened on

The add-in reads that email's attachments, and for a vacancy without an attachment its subject, sender and text, only when you choose to send them.

  • No sending, no calendar, no contacts

It does not read other emails, does not send emails and does not access your calendar or contacts.

  • Sign-in stays in Outlook

Sign-in tokens are kept in the add-in's local storage in Outlook and removed when you log out.

  • Same rules as every upload

CVs and vacancies are processed and stored in your Saply environment on Microsoft Azure in the EU, with the same retention and the DPA.

No. The add-in does not send emails. With Deal Intelligence, every email to a candidate, partner or client is a draft until a recruiter reads it and sends it.
