Saply was founded by Nima Chitgar and Guillaume Lameyse, two KU Leuven computer scientists who watched good firms lose deals, not on talent, but on the hours between a client request and a proposal.

As students, Nima and Guillaume built their first recruitment platform, matching IT graduates with open vacancies. It taught them how much of hiring comes down to speed and to how a candidate is presented.

Inside the industry
Nima optimised staffing processes with AI at De Cronos Groep. Guillaume built an applicant tracking system at AHRS Group, part of Accenture. From two different sides, they saw the same thing: the work around a proposal had not changed in years.

They founded Saply, joined Start it @KBC and signed their first paying customers within months. In November, Guillaume joined full time as CTO.

Saply was selected for imec.istart and raised €300K from private investors to grow the team and the platform.

Saply runs at staffing and consultancy firms across the Benelux and the UK. CV Intelligence is where every customer starts. Deal Intelligence takes a client request to a proposal inside Outlook, and Insights shows management how fast the firm answers the market.
