Every open vacancy in your sector is a lead. Saply finds them for you.

Companies in your sectors publish new vacancies every day, and each one is a client that needs what you sell. Saply scans the market weekly, filters the roles that fit your desk, and matches each one to a candidate already in your database. Your consultant calls with a name and a CV, not a cold pitch.

A Monday lead list with a candidate attached to every vacancy.

The biggest staffing and consultancy firms in the Benelux and the UK run on Saply.

The problem

The leads are public. Nobody has time to read them.

01

Job boards show you what everyone sees

A consultant scrolls LinkedIn for an hour every morning and finds the same roles every other agency found. Half of them are posted by agencies.

02

Cold pitches get cold answers

Calling a hiring manager with nothing in hand is a favour you ask. Calling with a matching candidate is a service you offer.

03

Competitors see the same vacancy

A role posted on Monday has three agencies on it by Wednesday. The one that calls first with a real profile wins.

How it works

From the open market to a lead list, every week.

  1. 1

    Define the desk

Sectors, regions, roles and the clients you already serve. Set once during onboarding, adjusted whenever the desk changes.

  2. 2

    Saply reads the career pages

The career pages of the companies in those sectors, every week, including the roles that never reach LinkedIn or a job board. Agency postings are filtered out.

  3. 3

    Each vacancy gets a candidate

Matched against the people already in your ATS, SharePoint or CV folder. Only candidates who already went through CV Intelligence count.

  4. 4

    Monday morning, the list

Vacancy, company, matched candidate and a formatted CV ready to attach. The consultant picks up the phone with something to say.

What powers it

Two products do the work.

Each solution is a combination of the same four products. They share one pool, one set of templates and one tracking layer.

  • Vacancy Intelligence

The weekly scan of company career pages in your sectors, agency postings removed, each vacancy matched to a named candidate you already qualified.

  • CV Intelligence

The matched candidate goes out in your template, tailored to that vacancy, so the first email already carries a CV.

FAQ

What people ask before they buy.

Short answers. For the long ones, book thirty minutes and bring a real request.

From the career pages of the companies themselves, not from job boards. Saply reads the career pages of the end clients in your sectors every week and goes deeper than the first page, so it picks up roles that were never posted on LinkedIn or a board. You see them before the competition does.

No, never. Recruitment and staffing agencies are filtered out of every scan. A vacancy posted by another agency is not a lead for you, it is a competitor already on the account. Only vacancies published by the hiring company itself make the list.

The vacancy still appears in the list, flagged as unmatched, so the consultant can decide whether it is worth sourcing for. Most desks see a match on a third to a half of the roles.

Yes. The scan is priced per sector per month, so a desk can start with one and add more when the first one pays back.

An alert gives you a link to a role every agency in your sector also received, often posted by an agency. Saply gives you a vacancy from the company's own career page, the company, the candidate who fits and the CV to send. The roles are ones your consultants would not have found themselves, and the work between the alert and the call is done.

Yes. Bullhorn, Carerix, Spott and Loxo are connected out of the box, and Saply has an open API, so the weekly list, the matched candidates and the outcomes can land in whatever system your consultants work in. If you run something we have not connected yet, tell us. Any integration is possible.

Next step

Bring one real request. Leave with a proposal.

Thirty minutes on your own data. You see the shortlist, the drafts and the output before anyone talks about price.
