No new software. Saply lives inside the tools you already pay for.
Recruiters keep Outlook, Word and the ATS. Managers keep their reports. Saply sits above all of it and connects the request to the candidate to the client.
Where the work happens
Saply opens as a pane inside the applications your recruiters already have open all day.
The assistants your team already asks
Saply is a connector in Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT. Ask for a formatted, tailored or matched CV and Saply does the work behind the answer.
Your ATS stays the system of record
Candidates and vacancies sync in. Finished CVs, outreach and outcomes are written back. No second database.
Bullhorn Candidates and vacancies sync from Bullhorn. Finished CVs and outcomes are written back.
Loxo Loxo pools are matched and formatted without a second database. Questions about connecting Saply.
The short version. For your specific setup, bring your IT contact to the demo.
Bullhorn, Carerix, Spott and Loxo have native connections. SharePoint folders, Workday and most other systems are connected during implementation. If your pool lives somewhere, Saply can read it.
The Outlook and Word add-ins install from the Microsoft store in a few clicks, usually rolled out centrally by IT. Google Docs and Gmail add-ons work the same way. Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT need no install at all.
Tell us which one. Most connections take days, not months, and the first ones are built as part of the Deal Intelligence implementation.
Only what you ask it to write back: the formatted CV, the outreach that was sent and the outcome of the request. Saply never deletes or rewrites records on its own.
