    Authorise the connection

    Your Spott admin authorises Saply once through the Spott API. It typically takes a few minutes with admin credentials.

    Set up your templates

    Upload the company template and any client variants. Our team helps with the setup during onboarding.

    Pull and push from the record

    The connection applies to the whole team. Pulling a CV and pushing the finished document back are single clicks.

    Saply writes back only what you ask it to: the formatted CV, the outreach that was sent and the outcome of the request. It never deletes or rewrites records on its own.

  • Processed CVs deleted within 7 days

    Unless you save them to your CV database. When the agreement ends, saved data is deleted or returned within 30 days.

  • Hosted in the EU, never used for training

    On Microsoft Azure in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer data is never used to train AI models.

Saply connects to Spott through the Spott API. You authorise the connection once, and from then on Saply can pull a candidate CV from a Spott record, pull the vacancy you are working, and push the formatted, tailored CV back to the record. There is no file exporting or manual uploading in between.

Not for candidates who are in Spott. Without an integration, you upload each CV to Saply by hand. With the Spott connection, the CV comes straight from the ATS record and the finished document goes straight back, which removes both manual steps.
