Questions about connecting Saply.
The short version. For your specific setup, bring your IT contact to the call.
Bullhorn, Carerix, Spott and Loxo have native connections. SharePoint and other systems are connected during implementation, and Saply has an open API for everything else.
The Outlook and Word add-ins install from the Microsoft store in a few clicks, usually rolled out centrally by IT. The web app and the email address need no install, and ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot connect through MCP.
Yes. The Saply AI CV Formatter add-on is in the Google Workspace Marketplace and runs in the Google Docs sidebar. Teams on Google Workspace can also use Gmail and the web app.
Use Add an integration in the directory and tell us which one. Most connections take days, not months, and Saply has an open API for in-house tools and portals.
Only what you ask it to write back: the formatted CV, the outreach that was sent and the outcome of the request. Saply never deletes or rewrites records on its own.
